Bill Dogterom, D. Min, is professor of pastoral ministries and spiritual formation at Vanguard University. He teaches courses in pastoral ministry, spirituality, and practical theology for the undergraduate program. He brings decades of pastoral experience as an Ordained minister for the Assemblies of God and 25-year senior pastor journey to bear in his teaching while still serving the local church as the Teaching & Care Pastor of Garden Church in Long Beach, CA.

Dr. Park completed his doctorate at the University of Oxford in theological ethics. He has a master’s in philosophy from Talbot School of Theology and a master’s in education from Biola University. He received his BA in history from the University of California, Berkeley. 

Hillary grew up in the Chicago area and loves pizza, traveling, coffee, and Chicago sports. She has been happily married to her husband, Greg, since 2000. They have two children – Evangeline (born 2012) and Jacob (born 2014). Hillary earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Central Bible College/Evangel University and a M.A. in Theological Studies with an emphasis in New Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She served as an adjunct professor at North Central University in Minnesota for 10 years before joining the pastoral team at Cedar Valley Church in Bloomington, MN. Her research interests include the gospels and women in the New Testament. She is passionate about making God’s Word accessible and understandable to everyone.

Rev. Quigley has over 3o years of Lead Pastor experience where he has passed on the timeless truths of the Bible to his church family through preaching and teaching. Additionally, Rev. Quigley has taught Hermeneutics in various schools of ministry for over a decade.

Joseph Lear is the Director of Theology and Global Church Ministries in the College of Online Learning at EU. He’s an Evangel alumnus ’07, and holds an MAR in Christian Ethics from Yale, and a PhD in New Testament and Early Christianity from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He’s a church revitalizer and planter, and currently lives in Iowa City, IA where he is also Pastor of Preaching and Theology at Resurrection Assembly of God.

Meg Giordano is an Ordained minister in the Assemblies of God. She serves as the Director of Curriculum Development for LEADSOM. Dr. Giordano teaches in the philosophy department at Le Moyne College, where she also serves as ecumenical chaplain. She also teaches historical theology and ethics at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla., in the Barnett College of Ministry and Theology.

Rabbi Michael Calise is from a Sephardic Jewish background. His Jewish grandmother was raised in a rabbi’s home in Turkey. He came to faith in Yeshua (Jesus) as the Messiah of Israel in his early twenties and immediately sensed a call from God to prepare for full-time ministry and he enrolled in Bible college. God also called him back to his Jewish roots and Jewish ministry which led to him joining the Jewish ministries group at Bible College. He received his ordination from the Assemblies of God and his Masters of Theology from Pentecostal Theological Seminary. 

Daniel Isgrigg, Ph.D. is Associate Professor and Pentecostal Historian at Oral Roberts University. He has been an Assemblies of God minister for over 20 years. His research interests are early Pentecostalism, the Tulsa Race Massacre, and Oral Roberts.

Dr. Allen Tennison serves as the Theological Counsel to the General Council of the Assemblies of God (AG), a role he has held since his appointment in 2023 at the AG national office in Springfield, Missouri. He also chairs the AG Commission on Doctrines and Practices, providing theological guidance on doctrinal matters to ensure the AG remains rooted in biblical truth while addressing contemporary challenges. Prior to this, Tennison was the Dean of the College of Church Leadership at North Central University (NCU) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for five years, having taught theology and church history there since 2011. With over 15 years of pastoral experience in Kentucky, Missouri, and California, he brings a deep understanding of ministry to his work.

Rev. Ericka Sandstrom, Ph.D., is a professor at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) in Springfield, Missouri, where she teaches courses in theology and ministry, drawing on her extensive academic background. She earned her Master of Arts in Old Testament Studies from AGTS and a Bachelor of Arts from Central Bible College, complemented by her Ph.D. in a related theological field. Since 2010, she has served as the Discipleship Pastor at Calvary Church in Sugar Grove, Illinois, a Fellowship of the Assemblies of God, where she focuses on fostering spiritual growth and community engagement. Ericka is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, reflecting her deep commitment to ministry.

Before teaching at AGTS in 2012, Dr. Lewis engaged in pastoral and campus ministry in Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas in the 1980s and the early 1990s. He and his wife, Eveline, were home missionaries to international students in central Texas from 1991-1995. From 1995-2006, they were appointed as Assemblies of God World Missions missionaries assigned to Northern Asia working in outreach and training. In 2006 they moved to Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio, Philippines, where Dr. Lewis served as Academic Dean until March 2012. He became the Associate Dean of AGTS in 2016 until 2023, was on the Executive Committee (and later President) of the Association of Professors of Mission (2018-2022), and is currently on the board of the American Society of Missiology (2022-present).

He is married to Eveline Lewis (Business professor at College of the Ozarks) for 33 years. They have two daughters, a son-in-law, and two granddaughters.

Rev. Lauren Raley, Ph.D., serves as the Director of The Academy at Southeastern University (SEU) in Lakeland, Florida, a position she has held since at least 2022. The Academy is a ministerial credentialing and college credit program approved by the General Council of the Assemblies of God, designed to equip students for ministry through a three-stage process that fulfills the academic requirements for AG certification, licensure, and ordination. Under her leadership, the program allows students to earn up to 18 elective credits toward a bachelor’s degree in ministry at SEU’s Barnett College of Ministry & Theology, all accessible remotely.

Rick Wadholm is an ordained Assemblies of God (USA) minister who has pastored full-time for 22 years (AG, Mennonite, Reformed, and Methodist) and been a professor since 2013. He is a regular church, camp, and conference speaker across the U.S. and serves numerous seminaries worldwide as a visiting lecturer of Old Testament and Biblical theology. Rick has published several dozen books and articles as well as been interviewed for numerous podcasts on topics of Scripture, hermeneutics, theology, practical ministry, and Pentecostalism.

Joshua R. Ziefle is Dean of the College of Ministry at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. Originally from New Jersey, he completed a BA in History from Houghton College before matriculating in the MDiv program at Princeton Theological Seminary. His academic interests in religious history culminated in a PhD in American Church History from Princeton Seminary. During his doctoral studies he served for six years as the youth pastor of Nassau Christian Center (AG).

Dr. Emile H. Hawkins, Sr., is a Full Professor of Organizational Leadership and Chair of the Historical, Legal, and Leadership Studies Department at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Previously, Dr. Hawkins was the Dean of the School of Business and Library Services at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA., and a Master’s in Theological/Historical Studies with a concentration in Pentecostal/Charismatic Studies from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK. He also earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree from Barry University, Miami, FL.

Rev. David Dippold, D.Min., serves as the Department Chair of Behavioral Sciences at the University of Valley Forge (UVF) in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, a position he has held as part of his long tenure at the institution since joining the faculty in 1996. With 16 years of prior pastoral ministry experience in various staff and senior pastor roles, Dippold brings a wealth of practical insight to his academic leadership. He also holds the role of professor of pastoral counseling at UVF. His courses, which include topics like Theological Reflection, challenge students to defend their faith constructively, using texts such as Elements of a Christian Worldview and Unshakeable Foundations to deepen their understanding.

Rev. Adour is the Lead Pastor of Church of the Revelation in Bronx, New York. He has over 30 years of Lead Pastor experience in both suburban and the urban settings. 

Rev. Adour holds a PhD in Leadership from Regent University.

Dr. Jon Whiteway brings over 15 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations achieve transformational results. He is an executive leadership coach, a team and organization development consultant, leadership scholar/practitioner, Marine Corps Veteran, and entrepreneur.

My YES adventure truly began when I humbled myself enough to admit that I needed him to take over. From that point on it has been one YES after another. Some have come easily and some with great difficulty. But through the years I have come to understand that when I give God my YES He gives me more than I ever imagined. I said YES to marriage when I thought I wanted to stay single, and I said YES to children when I was afraid to become a mother. My husband, Tom, and my adult kids are blessings I would have missed if I hadn’t said YES.
