Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to enroll in LEADSOM?

No! Once you enroll in your first course you will be automatically enrolled in the school at no additional cost to you. 

Can I transfer credits into the LEADSOM?

We do not have the authority to accredit courses taken outside of LEADSOM towards credentialing. Decisions regarding the acceptance and articulation of courses are solely the discretion of your district office of which you are a part.  If you are unsure which courses you still need to take, we recommend contacting your local district directly for your transcript evaluations.

How do I request a refund?

Our policy is that we do not offer refunds. However if you feel your circumstances warrant an exception you may submit a refund request HERE. We do not offer refunds for inactivity.

Are books included in the course enrollment fee?

No, books are not included. You will be provided links in your course player to purchase the books wherever you would like once you have enrolled in the course.
